Snowy Makes An Appearance

I'd like to thank the folks at Connections Magazine for choosing my artwork for their December 2009 cover. As always, they did a wonderful job. This is my third cover for this magazine. It's a fantastic read, so be sure to check it out.

I painted the original piece using watercolors, and then I used Photoshop to add the lettering to the snowman's hat. Just in time for Christmas, I think he's perfect for the December issue.

The Country Register Cover Artwork

I'd like to thank publishers Amy and Dave Carter of the The Country Register for choosing my artwork for the cover of their magazine (Virginia edition; July-August 2009).

Last year, this same artwork titled Country Flag, graced the July 2008 Pennsylvania/West Virginia edition of The Country Register. I'm thrilled that this painting was chosen once again for the cover of this wonderful, well-respected magazine. It truly is an honor.
