When your boyfriend deals in collectibles, you learn to expect the unexpected. When I opened the dishwasher this afternoon, a Strawberry Shortcake figurine was sitting on one of the pegs. At first I didn't notice it, but then that bright, pink hat gave her away and forced me to look a second time. I don't own any pink dishes or utensils.
It's just another collectible waiting to get spruced up before being shipped to a new owner.
